   I like a paladin quarrel with an evil wizard in the party all day,why the toee doesn't allow this.(May be my english is difficult for you to understand.But I love d&d.

   It's because the Paladin would never share the same goals as the evil wizard. Hence, you would never find a Paladin in the same party as an evil wizard.
