Hope I don't bother you with this question: If a 10 dex fighter is wearing 6 dex gloves when he levels up (so he has 16 dex at the time of level up) will he be able to pick two weapon fighting,dodge,e.t.c as a feats? Will he be able to use them (with and without the gloves?)
Wasteland 2 will ship with a toolset also and Steam Workshop community support for mods and multi-player.
Well the CK :). I used to make some stuff on morrowind and tried a bit on skyrim just for my fun.By the way, the chaos chronicles team have the scope for modding material.Not in the release but later...sounds pretty cool huh ?

You could always look at an NPC and how it's set up in the SoZ campaign, because the newest scripting is used there and you could copy the script and then make changes to your copy. I haven't been in the toolset for a while, been messing around with the creation kit for Skyrim and my thought process is almost backwards from it. Gah, the CK is a freak of a monster, but can do soooooo much.
Hi thanks for the activation . Im a massive noob when it comes to command console and I know you probs get this question a lot but when I try any item spawning code I either get Arrows that say do not use or the games freezes up . Just curious if there is any idea why . Thank you for the help :)
So far I tried ga_move on heartbeat and on spawn.Then I made some tests and it seems that a goblin for example will move but self made NPCs wont.So I guess this is not much of a problem if I don't create my own NPCs but rather use the ready ones and just change their appearance and tags. As for the other thing, it may be the easier way to just make the area transition hidden until the journal entry is reached.I believe this is much easier and possible :).
What script are you attaching to the npc? And you must be sure to have the correct tag of the npc in the script, or it will not affect him/her. As per preventing an npc from completing his circuit with a word or trigger ... I've never tried it that way myself.
Hey there Sirchet. Sorry to bother again, you know I only bother when I cant find any help in the forums :D.I need help with two things if possible. One is the waypoints.When I create an NPC and give him waypoints he doesnt move.No matter what I try.I tried on heartbeat, on spawn everything :/. And the second is, do you happen to know a way that you can block a way for the PC, but without door,just with a speak trigger that somebody will say "you cant pass" until the appropriate journal entry is reached.I tried with the gc_journal_entry but I have to put on the variables that it will fire all the time.Point is that you dont want it to fire anymore once the entry is reached :)....you get my point ? thanks so much in advance mate !

Those kind of dialogs are called "bark strings", you set them up a little different. You set up a series of one liners and the person you click on actually works their way through the list saying each line. I NHiN you'd even hear a guy in the street refer to a certain miniature space hamster. heh heh Here's a link to a good sourse on bark strings from a trigger. Link
