Where is location of Zook Gem?

    I finally found the entrance to that gnome O the 3rd. But I still have not found the gem. Repeated attempts to pickpocket the gnome for the gem did not work either. Any help appreciated re gem location as this is ridiculous!

    Hmmmm, I just took the old guys word for it when he said it didn't exist. What did Zook say when you went back to him?
