I just had Burne scribe a fireball scroll and hit create. Okay. Go to his inventory and no fireball scroll. It's on the radial menu, but not in inventory. There are blank slots in the inventory and the XP and cost are charged. I want to drop them for the other wizards but can't because don't appear in inventory.????
