2 things... one probably easy, one probably hard: 1. Is there a way to put in something to send up a flag when someone with a ring of freedom gets paralyzed/webbed? My fighter will fail a save, it will say "Webbed!" but he's fine. It should say something, ala spiders racial immunity message. Possibly a modification of that? 2. Not sure if this is a part of the rules, but when someone runs through a web, they fail their save, but keep on running though it. Shouldn't the spell work like grease, where the person trips on the spot, but not trips, just stops?
