Watch The Banners

If you've been paying attention over the last couple months, you already know that two banners at the top of every page link to possibly the two most important threads here at Co8: The Circle of Eight Modpack Explained, and gazra_1971's ToEE Game Guide and Walkthrough.

Now we have added two mini banners below these that point you to the latest modpack, and the latest patch for the latest modpack (assuming one exists). This means that at a glance from any page here at Co8, you can always see what the current status is with the Co8 mod and what patch level you should be at.

You can always find instructions on how to install modpacks and patches in the Installation Instructions sticky in the Downloads forum, as well as in the Co8 Modpack Explained thread, our download pages at ModDB, and in the modpack installation utility itself, if all else fails. These instructions cover the installation of add-on modules/patches as well as modpacks.

So stay in the loop, and keep your eye on the banners. :mrhappy:

 

We've added a few more small buttons to the 'banner clump' at the top of each page: direct links to download the standard and new content modpacks at ModDB (standard is left and new content is right - watch the hovertext) and a tracker for the modpack's standing at ModDB, clicking which takes you to our ModDB home page. Enjoy.
