Crafting some Wands, I found this one without any prereq or description...what is it? Can't fine even on DM manual...
Good Hope is a 3rd level bard spell. It gives +2 on attack rolls,damage rolls,saves and checks to subject. Pretty handy

Each affected creature gains a +2 morale bonus on saving throws, attack rolls, ability checks, skill checks, and weapon damage rolls.
