No, I'd be all for it, but at least someone's listening to me.
I'll see if I can get a save at that point. I have a save before the battle but I never save in battle.
Btw, I ran the earth node without crashes. But I did crash once on first entry to air node. I see these transitioning crashes on rare occasions (ie, exiting Welcome wench in Hommlet, and it's not repeatable). Fwiw. It almost seems like a memory error after the game has been on for a while. (no idea really). I'll have saved just before and a reload does not see a crash.
Yeah it's probably some kind of buffer overflow issue, but god knows what's causing it. I wanted to memory protect the game objects so i can catch the offender in real time but first I have to be able to reproduce it. I've even created a script that sort of auto-plays the game for hours, but still no dice.
Wow, I managed to save this at the moment just before the Hedrak fight simply stops and he must be talked to in order to start it again. I say wow, because it took a few tries to reproduce it. You should be able to skip each party member's turn and let Hedrak do his thing. Here you go:
I've got 2 saves for the Imeryds Run. These were easy to reproduce.
1. On this save, all you need do is move Fruella or pass on her turn. Don't kill the small frog: Tuelk is currently swallowed by the small frog. At this point it will crash 100%. If the small frog is killed and Tuelk is released, it will not crash at this point afaik. File: ImCrash1
2. On this save all that is needed is to pass on Meleny's turn to see a crash. File: ImCrash2
So, I am noticing that I have too much money. I had to pass on getting lamellar armor for my meat shields. Then, after saving in the adventures supply shop, quitting to desktop and loading a save before hitting my opening vignette, I deffo have 740 gold while still in the shop.
Stormlord - Resistance to Electricity does not work (so far both at lvl1 and lvl4)

I just tested those fixes and very nice (not that I didn't believe you... ). Ran perfectly, both battles. That Imeryds fix should also solve the issue that was reported for the Moathouse frogs, I gather?
What's that? If it's a crash issue, that's quite likely...
I think he means the issue with crashing from frog eating a PC? Or grappling a PC w/ spiked chain, actually.
Will look into this, though I tested this pretty solid and it did work on my end.
I've increased the difficulty of Templeplus by setting a +2 modifier to the attributes of monsters. Is there some way that recruitable NPCs can be excluded from the process rather than gaining the benefit of the adjustments until they get recruited? Perhaps I should switch off show monster hps.....
