    Verbobonc, HickoryBranch, MoathouseRespawn, and Orge/Orc Lair are not available in 5.7xxx.

    I actually have a question about the ogre lair. Do you need to do something in after cleaning out the orcs in the lair to make the ogre's spawn? I have never seen/fought the ogres.

    You have to do some quests for Alrrem of the fire temple.

    The first ane is to convince Oolchrist the troll chief to work for the fire temple.
    And the second task is convincing the ogres the work for him. Then he gives you the chance to travel to their lair.
