If you watch this traffic cam on Tuesday, you will see the inauguration parade with Bush/Obama driving from the White House to the Capital and Obama’s return to the White House without the idiot in toll. This traffic cam is located at the intersection where Pennsylvania Ave basically turns or curves from the south end of the White House complex and eastward towards the Capital building which is one mile to the east of the White House. http://trafficland.com/city/WAS/index.html Edit: My pardon on the 'idiot' comment.
