trouble loading Microsoft .NET Framework Version 2.0

    i can't complete step 5 loading the cirlce of 8 modpack since my computer will not download the MS . net vs. 2.0

    please help

    What OS are you using? Also, you can check Administrative Tools -> Services and see what version of .NET Framework you are running. Chances are you may have a newer version already installed.
