Umm, is that the Caravan map that was attacked by Moathouse Gnolls? If so, Depending on the patches you have installed, your either stuck there, cantalk to the travelagent to allow himto teleport you somewhere, or access the worldmap like you would on any other out door map in the game. A little more info should allow us to pinpoint your exact method of escape, or if all else fails you can teleport via console command.
