    how do i use Toeextract?

    i dbl click ToEExtract.exe an Windows XP says me that it isnt an executable, batch file ... (all in a DOS window).

    It's a DOS utility, more or less, so open up a command window, go to the your ToEE installation, and type ToEExtract toee4.dat, which should extract the contents of toee4.dat to a directory called "toee4". (This assumes that ToEExtract is installed in your ToEE installation directory.)

    I think you can also give it a destination directory as a second argument, but I'm not positive.

    You can simply drag & drop the .dat file that you want to extract onto toeextract.exe.
