As discussed elsewhere, the original WorldEd that created ToEE has now been discovered openly available for download in a Polish patch of the game. To make use of this: 1. Download World Ed (and V2Brute) from the official Polish 2.0 patch from ModDB (e.g. https://www.moddb.com/downloads/start/143400) 2. Unzip, you should then have WorldEd, and V2Brute. WorldEd (and V2brute if desired) should then be moved or copied into the root folder of the game (alongside the data and modules folders, ToEE1.dat etc) and run from there.
