I'm thinking about another more challenging/fun way of doing a run through. Kind of like my first D & D sessions Only three stat re-rolls for character creation. Then when the character dies, unless that character has enough gold in the pie, or some sort of good relationship with another character (he/ she owes her), then dismiss the character sell and split up her/his gear and then add another character. Kind of like surivor. The new character could be added from Num or maybe followers. See which character gets lucky the longest.
Well lit will be interesting to hear how well this turns out for you. Might end up that you will be on your 15th new character at the end.
