Well here's hoping that 2006 is as productive at C08 as 2005 was. Some of those folks could be a major asset to the current efforts. Is there no way anyone could fire an e-mail off to them? Sort of a Hey, look what's going on at the forum these days... note; an admin type, perhaps? *cough...GAEAR...cough Since he are not one, and he does a damn fine job at it, I make an official (?) motion / request / whatever-it-takes thingie that he be appointed one; if for no other reason than to handle this. Any others in support...Blue...? I stole this from you, you know...
I appreciate your faith in me there guys, but let it be known that this is not some "stumping-on-the-campaign-trail" effort for me to be elected moderator, nor are any of my contributions to Co8. For the record, I believe that our existing moderators do a fine job and are more than adequate for the task. No doubt I can continue to post these types of threads as member at large. I think that they're all gone, gone, gone . . . for the reasons that zhuge mentioned they go, go, go. Let's just not lose anymore. aranoid:

Gaear, it is posts like the one that started this thread that make you an excellent candidate for modderator. Whether you agree or not, you are the glue that sticks many of us to Co8. What zhuge has been to this comunity in the past (beyond his modding) you are now. And we thank you for it.
