Wanted to drop in and let people know that Goodman Games has announced the latest in their classic adventures reprints which is (as you might have guessed) the Temple of Elemental Evil. These reprints. If you're not familiar with their Original Adventures Reincarnated (OAR) line, they basically compile all the different editions and reprint in one hardbound book, along with a D&D 5E conversion.
