I have tried seeking help elsewhere about this issue, but to no avail. So, I ams asking for help here. For some reason, when I try to launch Temple+, nothing happens. I have looked and done things that have been suggested such as removing the .ini file from the indicated folder, I have removed Temple+ entirely (uninstalled, deleted, restarted), then re-downloaded and installed. Still nothing. Can anyone help me here? I remember using this before, and I didn't do anything that should have de-activated it or caused it issues? What should I be doing?
    Thanx for any help.

Did you first install the actual Temple of Elemental Evil game itself?

The Temple+ is just an addon to the original game.

Of course I did. I have that as well at the Co* New Content. Plays fine, but Temple+ will not launch.

Just to ask, are you running the game as an administrator?

Yes. I have had the game, Co8, and Temple+ installed for quite some time. I just stopped playing it after a while. When I decided to go back to it, I simply started a new game using the Co8 launcher. Forgot what Temple+ was until I looked it up. Once Iread about it, I remember that's what I used to use, so I went to start Temple+, and nothing happened. Hopefully, this will clarify the current circumstances.

hmm only thing I might suggest, if you haven't done so already, might reinstall the game and the C08 mod, confirm this works, then try to install temple+.

The game works with Co8, no problems. But, since I seem to be strikeing out with assistance, I suppose I will start from scratch.

One thing though, I noticed that in a Downloads folder I have for ToEE, not prt of the game directories at al, I have 4 things that I can'tseem to figure out where I got them from. They are
ToEE Fixes which seems to have something to do with Brother Smythe
Various Fixes which seems to include an update for Vampiric Touch among other things
Rannos_Gremag which appears to update their dialogue
    Co8 5.7.2 Magic Craftings v1.2

Do I need these? best place to get the newest versions, should they exist? Or are they just part of Co8?

So, I just did a clean install of everything. First ToEE, then Co8, then Temple+. After each item I installed, I started, and each worked correctly, until I got to Temple+. In fact, when I got to Temple+ to install it, all I got was a quick flash on the screen, then a notification that it was installed and in the Start menu, then the Configuration utility came up, which I simply kept as is, the hit launch, an nothing happened. What am I doing wrong here? I have used this before on this rig without problems. All I did was stop playing for a little while without uninstalling anything. Can someone please help me figure this out?

Assuming you're launching from Temple+, are you sure everything is installed where it should be? What OS are you using?

Yes, I'm launching from Temple+. Windows 11. Co8 is installed in the ToEE game directory. When I go to Temple Plus, I don'tget any choice as to where to install the game, it simple installsitself in the Users/Name/AppData/Local/TemplePlus directore all on its' own. Then, the config utility comes up. Then when I click launch, nothing happens. What other information would be needed to try and track this down?

I am very confused by your reference to installing Templeplus. You should download this

Then create a Templeplus 1.0.98 Beta2 subdirectory in C (or sub subdirectory):
Extract the above zip file into it
Run TempleplusConfig from the new subdirectory
Check that the file address at the top points at the location of your ToEE intstall
    Click OK
Run Templeplus application from new directory

In what way? When I doubleclick on the TemplePlusSetup, I get a quick flsh of that may be the Install menu, but that's it. It's not something that I can interact with since it appears and is gone less than a second later, when the notification that Temple Plus has been installed comes up, which I can then click on OK, then it prings up the configuration utility, since it was just installed. I simply go to LAUNCH, and nothing happens. The config utility closes, as it should, I get the mouse pointer with the "working" circle that keeps going around. That lasts for about 2-4 seconds, then it stops. My system doesn't lock up. Simply put, it does not launch. I have no other explanation I can give. I used this before and don't understand what happened that is disallowing me from using this. It cannot be my AntiVirus, since I am not getting any kind of warning tht something malicious is trying to launch. So, what the bleep could this be?

You got an invitation from Windows Defender to quarantine Templeplus and TempleplusConfig?
