Greetings, all! Happy birthday, me! -While making a birthday party for Ironman, I noticed my Bard couldn't learn Melodic Casting at level 1. This is because at present during character creation, character skills are picked before feats, when some feats simply require X ranks or Y skill and are intended to be obtained at the same level as when the character gains that many skill ranks. -Let Ironman characters be generated via the same method (rerollable stats and point buy) as normal characters. It's simpler and faster that way. I've unintentionally gotten uber stats on characters because I kept rolling until I reached certain stat thresholds, then far exceeded them with some uber roll. -Allow recruited NPCs to interact with creatures and objects out of combat, like going through doors and talking with other NPCs. -Cause our party to arrive at destinations (like map transitions) standing in formation! By default, they stand in a cross. -Change the targeting reticule to red or partial red or something obvious to let us know we're moving into or through a place where we may be entangled, webbed, or tripped, or slowed, etc. if we fail a save - if there is even a save! -Please make it so ongoing area effect graphics (web, entangle, grease, etc.) accurately show their effect area! At present, sometimes getting close to the graphic subjects units to these hampering spells! -For Sudden Metamagic feats, make it so that if these are on for a spell that can't use them (like Sudden Empower on mage armor), these feats aren't applied and are available to use later. -DM Mode: Add a 'rest all party members instantly' option -Add a house rule to set the maximum skill ranks for all characters to 3 + their HD. Class skills cost 1 point per rank and cross-class skills are 1 point per half rank. This house rule is useful for those who just want to max cross-class skills and have extra skill points to spend. -With the console open, allow pushing tilde (shift + `) to close it. Thankee!
