Spike Chain Woes

    I made a new character and gave him the Exotic Weapon Proficiency (Spike Chain) feat then, because he started with no chain, I bought him a masterwork one from Brother Smyth. I have confirmed that he is not proficient with it, yet he has the feat and it is greyed out on the level box. No other character in my party has the feat and, as such, is not proficient.

    I have installed patch 1, patch 2, Co8 3.0.4, and Liv 1.5.1.

    I had the same problem with shuriken a while ago, but I havn't tried to reproduce the problem, I'll try now and post back.

    also having the problem with spiked chain. problem started after co8 mod, no problem when just patched to patch 3
