Just exactly how do you increase skills like Spellcraft. Intimidate, Sense Motive, etc. I think i'm missing something here. They're not listed in the level-up section, and I have no clue.

If you're playing a normal game, it won't even let you complete leveling up until you've assigned points to the various skills. There is a list of skills, and you have a certain number of points per level to assign to them. You have to scroll down the list to find spellcraft and such, but you'll see things like appraise and bluff every time. Did you just not realize you could scroll down, or are you not getting this screen at all? Or are you talking about just NPCs like Elmo and Meleny? Because, you normally don't control how they level up, so you won't be able to pick skills for them; they'll do it themselves (though you can patch the game to let you do this instead, and thus do it better).

    Skills.

I just leveled-up and the skills menu doesn't have Spellcraft, etc. It has appraise, bluff, concentration, heal, disable device, etc. Intimidate, Sense Motive, and etc aren't listed. Is there another screen(menu) that you can go to?

Umm... try scrolling down some. It is on the bottom of that screen or at least it should be.

    Thanks.

I've pnly been playing this game for 6 months.and I'm an idiot. I obviously need to read the manual and follow instructions. Give me another 6 months and maybe i'll know what's going on. I do have a scrolling mouse. I should learn how to use it.
