Silvered Weapons In looking over the walkthrough, I can see that nightwalkers and bearded devils have resistance that is bypassed by silver weapons. Is there anything else in the game that has this resistance? My characters haven't touched the ToEE yet, but have cleared the moathouse. So far I can buy masterwork silvered light maces from the clerics, and I found some silvered crossbow bolts, somewhere. How useful are silvered weapons? Are they worth carrying around?
Not knowing when and where you need them, or how often is part of the challenge ; knowing everything spoils the suprise!
I suppose I don't have to spoil everything I might ever face that has that protection. A general, "are they worth carrying a few around or not?" would probably do.
It goes a little like this: You can die if you don't have them when you need them. But you'll rarely need them.
