If we were all like George Carlin, without being dead, there would be zero, or at least very minimal problems for all humans everywhere. Every clip and special I watch of George Carlin performing, I feel absolutely vapid. And he speaks nothing but the truth. And the thing is, everyone identifies with it because it doesn't require intelligence to follow his lines of reasoning. All it requires is plain, good old fashioned hobbit common sense. I think starting tomorrow I am going to emulate him in the area of religion. He worshipped the sun but didn't pray to the sun. He prayed to Joe Pesci. Joe Pesci answered more of his prayers than god did. I want to see how that works out.
