Investigated the supposed "Journal" functionality for new modules.

@Gaear did original investigation here: Question: Function for Rumors.

In addition to that the following apply:

1. Rumors section in the Logbook could be renamed to Journal.
2. If added via Python: toee.game.leader.rumor_log_add(1), it will use only mes\game_rd_npc_m2m.mes file. Does not matter gender of PC leader.
3. Vanilla implementation (not yet covered in T+) has text display limit. See request below.
4. game_rd_npc_m2m.mes file has two lines per rumor. First is text to display in the logbook, second is for dialog purposes.
5. Entries are saved with timestamp. Meaning they will be displayed in order added, not by rumor_id.
6. Adding rumor will not flash the Quest icon. Should be configurable.
