I'm not sure what are the rules to healing in a rest on TOEE and there doesn't seem to be an explanation for it in the manual or anywhere else, somebody knows the rules for it? it doesn't seem to obey the 3.5 rules exactly either.
The character heals a number of HP equal to him level for a 8 hours of complete rest. If ya need more than just him level of healing, ya shall make the group rest for some days - each day, in this case, will heal the same amout of HP of a 8 hours complete rest: the level of the char. There are a small button on low right corner of the screen that allow ya to rest. its safe to rest inside of inns and in the "spider tower" in front of the Moathouse, or in the house ya shall buy at Nulb. In this places, the button will show a green icon. If its not safe, but possibly to rest for healing, a yellow icon will apear. Be aware: rest in not-safe areas - dungeons, the wyld - have a good chance to drop ya inside of a randon enconter. In some cases, its just impossible to rest - like in the streets of Nulb and Hommlet - and in this cases, a clock icon will apear. In this case, ya shall just pass time, without any rest or healing.
And I'm pretty sure that resting in an Inn will actually get you 2x your level per 8 hours rest. (Better sleep on those comfy beds, you know...)
