From Alrreem I received the letter to be delivered to Rentsch. However Rentsch is gone due to the Triple Crossing quest completed. Is there any way to actually break the seal and read the letter? To use it, like e.g. the assassins letter is read, does nothing.
Since I've never completed that quest I couldn't tell you but I'd say that's there's no way to read it...
I'm pretty sure there isn't and that the whole "don't open this" routine is just for effect. There is no written entry for it, at any rate.
Disappointing. Could you make the letter magical to poison the reader when used and then disappear from the inventory like in Mission Impossible?
