well, i tried to install the kotb 1.1.... it seems to do not work! i did all the steps on the guide and dlled everything, unistalled and installed twice. i dont know what to do..... the game seems to dont start the mode entirelly, it mess up the maps and stuff ( i dont start at a caravan, as it was on co8 patch-mode, i start on the previous places at ToEE, acordly to my alignation....) the problem might be that i use crack to play.... im not sure. sorry for my english, im brazilian and dont practice for long =P
What is the size of your no-cd crack? You must use the Patch 2 version of the no-cd, it is very small ~ 33kb installed. The wrong version is much larger ~ 1.6mb IIRC. I suspect using the wrong no-cd would indeed cause the problems you describe.
