Greetings, a few months ago I played ToEE without problem, after installing Co8 there was no problem as well. But a few days ago I installed the again with all 3 patches and no mod it gave me looting error, which it didnt give before. Anyway I uninstalled the game and installed it again, did only 2 patches as on instructions and applied the mod and now it makes me start in NORMAL way of game, which is not the Co8 created room, but standart game introduction, such as killing the thief and going to Hommlet afterwards etc. I start with nothing on. Is this seen much?
The start you describe is similar to vanilla. The only other thing that comes to mind is that uninstalling is not enough. You have to delete all the folders before you reinstall. Deleting the ToEE root file in the Atari folder should do it.
