    why does the prince doesn't have a cape?

    i mean... when i first saw him in the intro movie... he attacks zugg with a red cape..
    then... when i found him in the chambers... "the cape is gone"...
    (Theory: maybe... when the bad guys kidnapped the prince... they grab the cape and sell it?):poke:

    And how about some Blue tights with a Yellow "S" in a diamond shape on his chest too? :)

    The "S" is for Scather of course, to remind you of waht you get if you let him live. ;)

    I am running a party of a paladin, monk, bard, druid and sorcerer currently. Prince Thrommel didn't give me any chaotic swords. He didn't even give us the badges! Just because we view the world a bit differently than him. That's discrimination. The people at Veluna and Furyondy run on the good ole boy network. :punch:

    The Prince does not give you anything immediately. He will send his knights to deliver the reward. May take awhile because they have to travel to you and find you. I ran a party with a paladin, fighter, cleric rogue and wizard. I eventually got the reward sometime after rescuing the prince. You will be approach on a random encounter. But if you told the prince there was no need for a reward you will not get one!

    is the prince bald?:confused:
    in the early version of the game... w/o the co8 mod?

    to answer my question... i install the game w/o the co8 mod...
    then "waaaaa" there's the prince with a golden chainmail and he is bald!!! :bored:

    anyways... at least you guys modified him into:
    bald to hairy
    golden chainmail to full plate?

    about the bastard sword he carry in the game... the fragarach...
    i've search the net and saw this line "Once carried by Prince Thrommel but lost when Thrommel was lost at the battle of Emridy Meadows. "
    hmmm... i know that he told my party leader that he summoned it... and etc...
    but... how come he has it???

    The Net lied. No, truly, it happens. Sit down and take a moment if you have to.

    Prince Thrommel is found with Fragarach in the vicinity - E.G.G was very clear about this in the module.

    Just been working my way through the 5.5.0 front-end Toee. And found an easy way to gain both fragarach and scather..just lead the prince to his doom, loot his corpse and then teleport to the church and get him resurected....upon leaving he will leave the party and bingo in21 days you get scather, the loot and get to keep his belongings (nice to have both weapons as bastards swords :hug:)

    With humble_npc there is no need for him to die and get raised. Just transfer fragarach to the person you want to have it, then exit and wait for the reward. Biggest "cheat/exploit" in the game, along with the console. If you really want to cheat, if your fighter has exoticweps at start-up then use the console and type create 14234 and thrommel will be there. Run thru the dialogue to join, transfer fragarach to the fighter and then go in the inn and back out. You'll get the reward dialouge. Now you've got fragarach at 1st level and haven't even started to play yet. Talk about massive, game unbalancing cheating. You'd probably get scather before you finished the moathouse. Very boring, but fun.

    Yes, you can get fragarach and scather by letting the prince die and resurrecting him, but the ending will still state that the prince died in the temple instead of marrying his Jolene.

    It shouldn't anymore if you use Ted's Add-on Pack for 5.5. Ted's san_ressurection fix is supposed to make it work as intended.
