Opinions on magic weapons

    So Im running a Homebrew game and I was curious if anyone here would care to assist with going over the magic items for rewards. The party is going against an alliance between Zuggtmoy, Falazure, and Lolth and have imprisoned many of the good-aligned deities.

    My half-dragon character has the first magic item on the list, the Spawn of Tyranny Blade, a +3 Bastard Sword able to once per day, adds one of 5 elemental damage to itself. Without the elemental damage it's treated similar to a Vorpal Weapon.

    The next weapon is the Orb Weaver's Wrath, a +1 Poison Longsword allowing the user to cast web twice a day.

    Third so far is the Harbinger's Axe, a Holy Axe that grants the user Immunity to Fear and gives strength +5.

    Spawn of Tyranny....

    Doesn't sound very "Elementy" ....

    For me anyway, I would think that having it cast things such as "Bane, Curse, Doom, Drain Strength, Fear, Inflict Light/Med Wounds" matches the name a bit more closely instead of it inflicting elemental damage.
