official patch, mod patch questions

    Hi

    I have TOEE patch 2 and co8 3.03patch.

    I have 2 questions:

    1) istallation should be TOEE patch 2 and then co8 3.03patch?

    2) How should I install the co8 winrar patch? I extract the file to the TOEE folder in programm files directory. Then once files are extracted should I do something else or is it just that? Just extracting?
