Started a CN party today. Running Liv's 1.5.1 and Allyx's thing (he know the one i mean but i am sure that has nothing to do with this).

Started with a human male druid, he spawned with TWO sets of armour - 'druid hide' he was wearing, and 'hide armour' in his pack.

So as the opening slide showed, i heard, "my pack is full!"

    Thought i should mention it.

That's strange. The start_equipment.mes file from Liv's mod does have the Druid Hide listed, but it's commented out.

I saw that too, but as I wanted to get Meleny as an NPC anyway I thought... "wayhey free armour"

From my experience, it seems that a lot of the pre-rolled characters start out with at least medium encumbrance. It feels fairly "unprofessional" that I have to hear 3-4 characters whine about the weight as the game vignette starts :-/

Well folks can do as they see fit whether to change it or not, I just dropped the extra armour. Then I rethought it, gave it to my barbarian (seemed apparopriate for him), gave his studded leather (kinky devil) to my rogue, and dropped her leather gear. Its not a major issue.
