It seems Wizards of the Coast has appointed John Hight as their new President, he was the Executive of US Atari when ToEE was published and remained so for about 3 years or so... so the god awful job Atari did of fixing ToEE falls under his watch ultimately, had they actually done a good job this community would have had no reason to exist, so thanks for that at least I guess. No idea if this is indeed good or bad news for D&D generally, apparently he was well liked at Blizzard, so maybe it's good?
