Here is Greater Shout per Raw. How come when I use the console cheat: cheats.all_spells_by_class my spell doesn't show up but the "new" ones that co8 have added do? It shows up when I level up but not with that cheat command. I've updated my spell.mes, spell_enum.mes, spelllist.mes, and added a file to the rule folder.
