New "Official" Order of Install with Liv's Mod

Hello all!

The hard work of the mod community has really inspired me to fire up TOEE again. Now I apologize if this has been asked before, but I couldn't seem to find any one cohesive post on the "official" order of install, what with Liv's mod incorporating elements of previous mods.

As I read it, Liv's Mod incorporate's a) the C08 3.04 b) Moebius's Temple DLL and c) Allyx's updates... is that correct? If so, does that mean, as of Liv's 1.5, all you need to do is install the following?

1) TOEE
2) TOEE Offical Patch 2
3) Liv's Mod 1.5
