I am curious, has anyone try creating a mod to bring new races and subraces into this game? I would like to see the different Elves and some of the Monster races to be PC. My next question is does any one have a mod that will allow my wizard to create a wand of Cone of Cold. I have CO8 patch 1.1.0 and did not see it as an option for my wizard and yes my wizard is 9th level and he does have cone of cold as one of his spells.
