(TOEE with Circle of 8 new content mod)Feats like Empower and Heighten spell I know how to "activate" them but how do I know they are working? because it seems to me that they aren't I am a Level 3 sorcerer
Unfortunately you have chosen to select these two feats rather than "activate" them. I suggest you go to the Spells section of your character Inventory and press your mouse pointer on the "plus sign inside the circle" which is just to the left of any of the spells your character knows. Applying Empower Spell to a 1st level spell raises the spell by 2 levels to a 3rd level spell - only another 3 character levels before you can cast it.
