I noticed there isn't a Lich in the game,or if it is still in the D&D world. Man were they ever tough. Never ever beat one, just talked it into letting us live. The end credits mention Lloth, Lareths patron, but that's it. Imagine getting to the last circular room on level 4 and instead of bouncing balls, you get DemonQueen of Spiders. She is very upset about Lareth being killed, so prepare to die. Never did complete that module. She killed everyone and we never tried again. Yes, the game can get harder. Maybe something to think about for mods somewhere down the road.
Queen of the Spiders... ...the GDQ 1-7 Supermodule has a Lich, and much later, Lolth. Not much chance of seeing it anytime soon with the demise of Troika & the current disinterest of Atari.
