    As of right now there has been no official statement from Shiningted or anyone else in the KotB team that would suggest otherwise. Therefore, as of right now yes, of course it still stands. Please be patient nnd wait a little bit. Keep in mind that Jan 29th doesn't work for everybody in the same way due to the time zone differences - some people may get it somewhat earlier/later than the others. If there will be an official statement of delay, we'll make sure to make a public post about it, so you'll surely know about it. ;)

    I noticed you have a limit for the announcement of the expected date of release. I thought the notice might disapear tomorrow and got your date immortalised so others were aware that the date was near. Can't play until the weekend anyway so if its not tomorrow, I'm a patient man and......IT BETTER DAMN WELL BE READY BY THE WEEKEND OR HEADS ARE GONNA ROLE!!! :chainsaw:

    Well, the computer tells me its gonna need 20 minutes to move some files around before I can change hard drives and get back to modding, so here's some facts:

    The Demo will include:

    58 different maps to explore (+ the random encounter ones)

    170 new scripts

    117 new dialogue files

    169 new inventory icons (almost all for new items)

    103 new NPC portraits (410 actual portrait files)

    1629 new mesh files (for new armour, weapons, monsters skins etc) and plenty more of those to come!

    78 new background melodies, ambient sounds, spell sounds, monster sounds and other audial treats

    1 new worldmap :)

    No, I mean Role. You know, the skull from shakespear? His role? The developers role if this game isn't out by the weekend?

    ya, I know: *booo*, *hissss*. I just couldn't come up with anything better to defend my atrocious spelling.

    I really should put a disclamer in all my sigs about spelling. How did I forget all that from elementary school. Its my biggest shames...well, second biggest maybe.

    Just to let folks know that the release is still several hours away, and I will let you know when I start to upload it (which will also take quite a while).

    Anyone waiting up through the night in my part of the world, go to bed :p

    Vis-a-vis the release, I am just waiting for certain graphics to get sent over. A matter of minutes to put into the game, but a matter of hours to download them, then upload the finished mod.

    So a while yet, alas :(

    When you do get it up and linked to Ted, would you or one of your fellow modders also mind linking to the current front link and maybe a link to the most current instructions to install ToEE, the front end (and then of course KoTB)
