    Kobold Cave is mentioned in the player guide but how to I get to that area?

    A 'certain young scaly fellow from the Kobold Cave' of Return to Keep on the Borderlands is mentioned - I guarantee you have already met him elsewhere. The Caves of Chaos themselves are not in the Demo.
