Jaroo : your welcome here in the Grove is wearing thin

Jaroo says "Your welcome here in the Grove is wearing thin" when I go to talk to him. I am a neutral party and I don't know what I have done that pissed him off. I I haven't gotten any NPC's killed, stolen anything other than the scrolls and potions from the 2nd story bookshelf in the St. Cuthburt temple. I am only 2nd level and have traveled to the meadows and moathouse but haven't fought creatures at either place. The only thing I can think of that the quests I have done for the temple of St. Cuthbert has upset him. I have completed all the fedex quests except the woodcutters problem, the courtship of eddies herdsman, unhappy tailor, and fruella.


Edit: OK I know what happened. I have reputation begger maker from the zealotry quest because I had less than 2 gold and the option to pay Cavanaugh's dues didn't appear. I used the console to remove it:
