Issue Rapid Reload v 7.4 NC

    atm it seems that "Rapid Reload" crashes the game if taken what happens is if you enter the "menu" of the character with it it crashes the game (inventory menu)

    it also might be Exotic Weapon Proficiency Hand Crossbow but ...I don't know fully I got tired of the crash screen

    reading the guide hand crossbow is a known bug that will CTD
