    I've got some really cool ideas for my Verbobonc mod, but I need some global.flags numbers and maybe a global.vars number or two. Does anyone know what numbers are free? I don't want to accidentally break something else.

    I included a used global flags and variables section in the docs for 4.0.0. Stay out of those ranges and above 300 or so and you should be safe.

    I'll start at the high end of the 900 - 999 range and see how many I've used at the end ;)

    Oooh Darmagon, you like stepping on my toes today don't you? I sobered up elmo today (In my Verbobonc Mod) and he turned into my Drow Wizard!

    Nothing that can't be fixed though.

    Not trying to step on anyone's toes Allyx, sorry. I am back on doing spells and looking into adding to inventories as per my posts in this
    forum. And shouldn't have to make any changes to flags or the protos for a while. I will be editting scripts but will let everyone know well in advance. The inventory stuff is waiting for Kalshane's update so might as well wait for you as well. Again, my apologies.

    BTW I am aware of the call familiar spell and will include the appropriate spell list files for it when I release any new spells.

    Just to let you know, I've altered my files to accomodate Elmo, now everything is working again (except now I have 3 drow and elmo standing in the dungeon - I still need to sort the drow out anyway).

    Speaking of. Any luck with the inventory override scripting? Not trying to pester you, just trying to figure out when I should start tinkering with equipment-using creatures again.

    Elmo and three drow are standing in a Dungeon. The Dungeon Master looks up at them and says, "Is this some kind of joke?"

    (Okay it plays better when it's a Rabbi, a Catholic Bishop and the president of the United States walking into a bar and it's the bartender looking up at them. Oh well, I tried.)

    works fine with the small test file I made with some random items for the Greater temple bugbear. The real test is going to be when we have a full scale file to test to see how much game lag it will cause.

    Elmo and 3 Drow are standing in the dungeon eating gobstoppers and dribling, when the female halfling bard Ning stumbles into the area, Elmo says "Hello there purdy lady", the Drow also give thier unneccesarily long greetings to the newcomer in they're native language. When the dungeon floor is under 2 feet of spit, Elmo shouts "I'll save you from Drow Ning!"
