Hello! My question might seem odd as it is written all over the place how to use theCo8 patch with toffee. Unfortunately I cannot get toffee to work, I have tried to install the MS .NET program but it breakes of the installation so I there cannot use toffee How do I use the Co8 patch without toffee? I would like to remove the level cap, but I don' t know how. TIA FireFly
you asked...my suggestion ToEE + Atari Patch1 + Atari Patch2 + Co8 4 MOD When you install Co8 4 MOD, you can checkmark all the options except for the 1st option, the Toffee option at the top of the list. Leave the Toffee option unchecked, and continue with the rest of the install. When you are done, you can replace the ToEE.exe executable with the English NO-CD Version 2 fix version of the ToEE.exe file. Then, use humble_npcs and MaxHP_Setup and TOEE_PCCount_Patcher all located in the ToEE parent folder. You will see the option for leveling cap, use or do not use, when you step through these as posted.
Once you have installed the non-Toffee version of Co8 4.0.0, the level cap will be removed by default.
