    Greetings, all!

I'm on a Win7/Win10 machine. The Co8 community Worldbuilder loads but stops soon after boot due to needing Protos.TAB. How to get this?

If you are after the most recent version (Co8 8.1.0 NC) you should copy Co8 8.1.0 NC.tfm and paste it somewhere else, then change .tfm to .zip then extract the files from the .zip file. Protos.tab is in the data/rules folder with Invensource.mes (which is optional in WB). description.mes and longdescription.mes are in the data/mes folder, you'll need both of those.

Thankee, Allyx! It stopped crashing on load. Alleluia! I put the InvenSource.mes, description.mes, longdescription.mes, and protos.tab in the same directory as the WorldBuilder (WB). Now what?

Also, how to edit NPC stats, especially the stats of Darley, Screng, and Burne?

World Builder came with an in depth readme file which should explain a lot of things, but look at the prototypes tab in worldbuilder, find the protos you are after (they are listed by the unidentified names - you can also look them up by identified names in the description tab and "look up proto" to find the proto your after) then scroll throug the proto to find the stats you want to edit.

Once edited and saved, remember to copy your edited protos.tab back into data/rules to take effect in the game.
