Greetings, all! Just like the title says, "How to change a character's voice set mid-game?" I'm unaware of any console commands for this and I'd prefer not to remake characters. Thankee!
Copy the voice set you want and overwrite the files in the voice set you don't want? Other than that I don't think there is a way to do it on the fly.
