I can't figure it out. My rogue doesn't have a radial option to do so. Reason I ask is I'm trying to get Mona's orb, and Mickey never seems to show up in Nulb. So I need to PP him at the brewery. Thanx.
After talking to Mona, you have to talk to Mickey in Homlet in the brewery-- he's there during the day. After you talk to him in the brewery about the orb, then he'll show up in Nulb at night.... at a specific location. If you put skill points in Sleight of Hand (you need at least 1 point, in addition to whatever bonus points you get for DX), then the radial menu option for Sleight of Hand will appear. If the menu option isn't showing up for you, either you haven't assigned points or something is broken.
One time, I entered the Waterfront Inn where that bar wench picks your pockets as you go in. After she brushed by me, I checked my inventory and everything looked like it was still there, so I continued on and then left the Inn. Later on, when I went to a vendor, I got one of those responses that said something like "Oh dear sir, we don't walk around naked in these parts, clothe yourself". It turns out she had stolen my Mithril Plate and I didn't notice because I had a cloak on. A few days later after the confrontation with Rentch in the bar, she died in the battle and there was my armor in with her items when I looted her. Now THAT's talent!
That's why I always select my character with the highest spot score to go in the tavern first. She had my pally standing there in his shorts before too, it was hilarious.
As mentioned in another reply you knew skill points in sleigh of hand to pick pocket. Easiest way is to let your scary fighter scare him, which requires skill points in intimidate.
