Once upon a time this was easy, I just clicked on the floating 'download this' thing that RealPlayer provides. However for the last couple of weeks I have consistently been getting the error message: Download incomplete - refresh page and try again. Always this error, whether I am downloading a music video or a how to files tiles on my roof or a Pixar short or whatever. Whatever hour of the day. Whether my net is going fast or slow. And only after downloading the WHOLE damn thing, no matter how big, and wasting my bandwidth. Anyone got any ideas?
I use the free third-party application Free YouTube Download to download my favourite videos from YouTube. It works for downloading most video files hosted at YouTube, but some of the new video files on YouTube seem to have copyright protection, so those downloads won't work in any of my video players (Windows Media Player, VLC media player, or CyberLink PowerDVD 13).
