:sadblinky Help, please one of you D&D authorities! My cleric is unable to cast "Holy" on any weapons. He is level 20, has 303594 experience, 1513 platinum, 23 gold, 11 silver and 14 copper available.
He is true neutral and worships Pelor with good and healing as domains. He can cast the holy smite" spell and has all stats 25 or above. From all I can find about enchanting he should be able to enchant "Holy" on any weapon which is enchantable. What am I missing in his resources?

If my research is right casters must be Good aligned to enchant a holy weapon.

I didn't see "Craft Arms and Armor" feat on your cleric's list. Also, depending on how powerful the weapon already is, you may need more gold. (Higher EEL = more $$ to craft the next upgrade.)

You need three things to craft "Holy" weapons:

    1) Good-aligned Cleric
    2) Cleric must have the Good Doman (to get Holy Smite Spell)
    3) Craft Magic Arms & Armor feet

Get those and craft away. Fun smiting all around.

Armor Feet is what you want when you don't want the encumberance of shoes or boots. Uh...yeah...that sounds good.

Thanks, thanks, thanks to all of you. The problem lay in my cleric's alignment. I consoled him to neutral good and everything worked just as it should.
    You "authorities" are awesome!! GG
