I'm a cat person myself, but is there anyone who disputes they are chaotic evil? (Well, a few may be neutral evil, sure...)
As a life-long cat-friend (you can never really own them ), I'd say most of them are chaotic neutral. In my experience, they tend more to good than to evil. They are sly and mischievous, to be sure. I suspect that most of the ones who could be viewed as evil became so in response to poor treatment by Man.
I am too a cat person but I must say that some of the local wildlife would disagree that they are generally good. My cat would often leave me a few prizes at my house. Whether they be the expired carcus of lizards, mice or birds. They are bloody good hunters. I would have to agree with chaotic neutral, they don't have time for your religions, whether they be good or evil and have no regards for your silly laws. Eating, playing and sleeping, thats their religion.
Actually, I suppose all animals are really true neutral; they simply are what they is, and that's all it is. My cats are spoiled rotten(by my wife). I love the video. We call our two "The Thundering Herd of Cat" when they run around the house like maniacs.
